Introducing our U16 Reds & U16 Yellows Management Teams

The next generation of Ards is in safe hands. Ahead of the 2026/27 season we are delighted to introduce the management teams behind both of our U16 sides — the U16 Reds and the U16 Yellows. U16 Reds Management Team - Steve Carter — Manager - Keith Featherstone — Head Coach - Matthew Botterall — Fitness and Goalkeeping Coach - Michelle Carter — Welfare Officer and First Aid U16 Yellows Management Team - Ricky Byam — Manager - Stuart Fosker — Goalkeeper Coach - Adam Sinclair — Assistant Coach - Dave Bailey — Assistant Coach Both teams bring a huge amount of experience, dedication and passion to the club, and will play a key role in developing our young players on and off the pitch.
